Zoe, left, lives in her newlyrenovated two-bedroom Grade II listed art deco house in Ealing, west London.
'I gutted it and renovated it to suit me, but I've been there for a couple of years and I think need somewhere a bit bigger - I have too many clothes and shoes,' she says.

'I came across the flat when I was searching for a new house in London. I was looking on the internet and thought I'd found my dream London property. I thought: 'Oh my goodness, where is this place?' and it turned out to be in Belfast. I was flying home that weekend anyway - I'm always back and forth to do the odd job there - so I went to see it and I was overwhelmed and bought it.' Despite her impulsive Irish buy, Zoe still plans to move in London and has set her sights on the northside.

'I only started to discover north London because we film Angela And Friends in studios in Camden so I've been around Camden, Chalk Farm and Primrose Hill for different meetings. It's less manic than the centre and has a great atmosphere.'
